Return Policy: No Return, Only Exchange
- Window: 3 days from delivery (subject to quality check approval).
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags & packaging.
- Refunds: Store Credit only (₹149–₹199 per item deduction, processed in 5–7 days).
- International Orders: No reverse pickup; customers must self-ship items.
1. Eligibility for Return Against Exchange
- Return requests allowed within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/labels intact.
- Subject to quality control approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear – Bra – Panty – Camisole
- Socks & Hair Accessories
- Personalized/Customized/Altered Products
- Clearance / Final Sale items
3. Refund Methods & Charges
- Marvel Wallet (Store Credits)
- ₹149–₹199 deduction per item
- Non-expiring credits added within 48 hours after quality check
- Processed within 5–7 business days after QC
- Refunds only as Marvel Wallet store credits
4. International Orders
- No reverse pickup outside India
- Customers must self-ship to Marvel warehouse
- Refunds are issued as store credits
- Order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee
5. General Conditions
- Return charges apply per item (not per order)
- Shipping charges & payment gateway fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed only after quality check approval
- Gift card orders are not eligible for refunds to original payment method
- Please record an unpacking video for claims of wrong/damaged product
- No direct exchanges — place a new order
- Before dispatch cancellation: 2% bank processing fee applies
- After dispatch cancellation: ₹149 fee (non-refundable)
